If you are having issues logging in to Casper with your Google account, here are a few steps to troubleshoot the problem.

Google Authentication Failed

If you are getting the message ‘Google Authentication Failed’ in a popup in Casper, try pressing the ‘ReAuth Google’ button from the side menu.

If that doesn’t resolve it, then Google has flagged your account for suspicious activity.

You will need to reset your password in order to gain access again.

This is most likely caused by the incorrect device ID being sent in the Google login, and I’m working to fix that.

If none of these steps resolve the login issue, please make sure to read the error message on the login page.

The error message will usually tell you exactly what is wrong.
