- Check your Email and Password are correct.
- Check that your Internet connection is working properly.
- If you have 2 Factor authentication setup, create an Application Specific Password.
- Try enabling Less Secure apps.
Google Authentication Failed
If you are getting the message ‘Google Authentication Failed’ in a popup in Casper, try pressing the ‘ReAuth Google’ button from the side menu.
If that doesn’t resolve it, then Google has flagged your account for suspicious activity.
You will need to reset your password in order to gain access again.
This is most likely caused by the incorrect device ID being sent in the Google login, and I’m working to fix that.

The error message will usually tell you exactly what is wrong.
