- Check your Username and Password are correct.
- Check that your Internet connection is working properly.
- If your Snapchat™ account is locked, unlock it here.
- Try using a different Google account in the first login step.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Casper.
If you are receiving the error “Login Temporarily Failed”, please remove the Google Account from the menu at the top right, and try again.
If this doesn’t work, please try a different Google Account.
If none of these steps resolve the login issue, please make sure to read the error message on the login page.
The error message will usually tell you exactly what is wrong.
